we toured langa today... the area surrounding alba, where all the grapes are grown for wine.  It was an absolutely gorgeous day. really fabulous weather, crisp air, sunshine, and really dramatic clouds.  Craig and i stopped and got a brioche and a cafe at one of the little restaurants along the way. we went to an old castle, which had been turned into a wine museum and most of our group got some dessert wines. everything was unbelievably beautiful, and the people here are so genuine.
