spent the weekend with NC... had a bonfire at the farm.
firewood, watermelon, home made cookies, roasted corn, friends, a guitar...oh and marshmallows. it was a nice farewell to everyone before we head off to italy. i wish i hadnt ended the night by throwing up, but hey... it happens. all in all it was still a delightful evening. these pictures are all of earlier in the day when nc had to cut lots and lots of wood up for his bonfire. it was cedar and it smelled like our downstairs cedar closet at our old house. mmm... cedar and flannel blankets are such a perfect combination.
